Bookkeeping and reporting
- Record all sales, purchase, expense, bank and journal entries in Tally Prime
- Prepare monthly P&L;, balance sheet and job-wise profitability reports
- Reconcile bank, cash, vendor and customer accounts every month
Freight billing and receivables
- Raise customer invoices for freight, CHA, transport and handling charges, job by job
- Track outstanding receivables, send reminders and follow up on overdue payments
- Book foreign-currency invoices at the correct exchange rate and account for forex gains or losses
Payables
- Verify and book invoices from shipping lines, carriers, CFS, transporters and other vendors
- Match vendor bills against job sheets before payment
- Schedule and process vendor payments on time
