Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review structural designs for residential and commercial projects.

Develop structural drawings, layouts, and detailed design documentation.

Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and project teams.

Review structural calculations and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.

Conduct site visits to monitor structural work and resolve technical issues.

Check reinforcement details, structural drawings, and execution quality.

Assist in identifying and resolving structural discrepancies during construction.

Coordinate with consultants and vendors for structural requirements.





Maintain project documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Required Qualifications

B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

4-8years of relevant experience in structural engineering, preferably in real estate/construction.

Positive knowledge of structural design, RCC, steel structures, and construction practices.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant structural design software.

Good understanding of structural codes, drawings, and site execution.

Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate

A technically sound professional who can effectively coordinate design and site execution and work efficiently with multidisciplinary project teams.
