About the RoleWe are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter / Steward to join our Frozen Bottle outlet team. The role involves welcoming customers, taking and serving orders, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, supporting billing and outlet operations, and ensuring every customer has a pleasant experience.

The ideal candidate should be polite, attentive, well-groomed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.

- Key Responsibilities1. Customer ServiceWelcome customers warmly and assist them with seating and menu selection.
- Explain menu items, flavours, sizes, offers, and combos when required.
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the preparation team.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Check with customers to ensure satisfaction with their order.
- Handle basic customer queries and escalate complaints to the Outlet Manager when required.
- Maintain a positive and courteous attitude at all times.
- 2. Order & Outlet OperationsEnsure orders are correctly placed, prepared, and delivered to the right customer.
- Coordinate with the kitchen/preparation counter to ensure timely service.
- Assist with takeaway and delivery orders when required.
- Support billing and payment collection as per outlet procedures.
- Check that tables and service areas are ready before and after customer use.
- Assist the team during peak hours, weekends, and special promotions.

Hygiene & CleanlinessMaintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming.
- Keep tables, chairs, counters, service areas, and surrounding areas clean.
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
- Ensure crockery, cutlery, glasses, trays, and service equipment are clean and properly stored.
- Follow proper waste segregation and disposal procedures.
- Immediately report any hygiene, equipment, or safety concerns to the manager.
- 4. Stock & SuppliesAssist in maintaining adequate supplies of napkins, cutlery, cups, straws, tissues, and other service materials.
- Inform the Outlet Manager about low stock or damaged items.
- Handle outlet equipment and materials responsibly.
- 5. Teamwork & DisciplineWork collaboratively with kitchen, billing, delivery, and management teams.
- Follow the outlet's SOPs, attendance rules, and operational instructions.
- Be punctual and maintain professional behaviour throughout the shift.
- Support other team members during busy periods.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding outlet operations and business information.

- Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 10th / 12th standard preferred.
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, QSR, dessert outlet, or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn may be considered.
