Job Description
M.K. Enterprises is looking for an energetic, responsible and customer-friendly Counter Sales Representative to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for attending customers at the shop, explaining products, taking orders, handling customer enquiries and supporting day-to-day sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Attend and assist customers at the counter
• Explain products and product details to customers
• Take customer orders and handle enquiries
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers
• Follow up with customers regarding orders when required
• Coordinate with the office/team regarding orders and customer requirements
• Maintain polite and skilled communication with customers
• Support general day-to-day sales activities
Requirements
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and polite while speaking with customers
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
• Previous counter sales experience preferred
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and smartphone applications
• Knowledge of Hindi is preferred; Marathi and English will be an advantage
Salary & Benefits
• ₹16,000 fixed monthly salary
• One month’s salary as Diwali bonus every year, subject to company policy and performance
