Position: Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounts and bookkeeping

• Handle purchase and sales entries

• Maintain vendor/party ledgers and outstanding balances

• Bank entries and bank reconciliation

• Manage expenses, cash and payment records

• GST-related accounting and documentation

• Maintain stock/purchase records

• Prepare monthly reports, Profit & Loss statements and account summaries

• Coordinate with CA for GST, TDS, taxation and other compliance work

• Maintain accurate records for multiple branches

• Follow up and reconcile vendor accounts regularly

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Tally Prime & MS Excel

• Understanding of GST, TDS and basic taxation

• Previous accounting experience preferred

• Valuable communication and numerical skills

• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented
