GM Required in MOONLIGHT MUSHROOM FARM
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day mushroom farm operations
• Plan and monitor production & crop cycles
• Supervise farm staff and allocate work
• Maintain quality, hygiene & productivity
• Manage raw material, inventory & procurement
• Coordinate sales, dispatch & customer orders
• Maintain daily production and expense records
• Achieve production, quality and revenue targets
Requirements:
✔ Leadership & team-management skills
✔ Valuable communication and basic computer knowledge
✔ Mushroom farming/agriculture experience preferred
✔ Responsible, practical & target-oriented
