* Develop and manage business with Up-to-date Trade & Retail chains

* Build strong relationships with Buyers, Category Managers & Procurement Teams

* Identify and onboard new retail accounts

* Handle POs, TP, margins, schemes, promotions & commercial negotiations

* Drive sales, distribution, and product visibility across retail stores

* Manage order planning, replenishment, and inventory coordination

* Track sell-in, sell-out, stock, and secondary sales

* Coordinate with internal teams for billing, dispatch, claims, and payments

* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

* Identify and develop new retail opportunities across India
