Key Responsibilities

- Beverage Preparation: Craft high-quality espresso drinks, manual brews, and specialty beverages with consistency and proper latte art.
- Quality Control: Monitor espresso extraction, calibrate grinders, and adjust brewing parameters to maintain strict taste standards.
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise junior baristas while managing efficient workflow during peak rush hours.
- Inventory & Stock: Track supplies like coffee beans, dairy, syrups, and packaging; assist with ordering and reducing waste.
- Customer Service: Welcome guests, guide menu choices based on flavor profiles, and resolve any customer concerns professionally.
- Station Maintenance: Uphold health, safety,



and cleanliness standards for all commercial coffee equipment and the bar area. [1, 2]

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 2 to 3+ years of total barista experience, including at least 1 year in a senior, lead, or supervisory role.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency with commercial espresso machines, grinders, manual brewing tools, and POS systems.
- Soft Skills: Solid communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities to motivate a fast-paced team.
- Flexibility: Availability to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
