Are you an experienced field-sales professional who knows how to build dealer relationships and close business?

Shah Marketing Pune LLP is looking for a target-oriented Business Development Executive – Dealer Sales to strengthen our dealer network, develop current markets and drive sales growth across Pune/PCMC.

? Your Key Responsibilities

? Build & maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors

? Identify and onboard new dealers

? Generate sales and achieve monthly targets

? Conduct regular dealer & market visits

? Handle enquiries, quotations and follow-ups

? Negotiate and close orders

? Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing & delivery

? Follow up for payments and collections

? Identify new market and business opportunities

? Maintain dealer database, sales pipeline and market reports

? We’re Looking For





✔️ 3+ years of experience in Dealer Sales / Channel Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development

✔️ Experience in Plumbing, Sanitaryware, Bathware, CP Fittings, Tiles or Building Materials preferred

✔️ Good understanding of the Pune / PCMC dealer market will be an advantage

✔️ Strong communication, negotiation and convincing skills

✔️ Strong order-closing & payment follow-up skills

✔️ Comfortable with field sales and regular market visits

✔️ Pune/PCMC-based candidates preferred
