? Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Education Counselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting schools and tuition/coaching classes, interacting with students and parents, providing educational guidance, and converting counseling leads into admissions.

? Key Responsibilities

· Visit schools, tuition classes, and educational institutions for student outreach.

· Meet and interact with students, parents, teachers, and management.

· Conduct one-to-one and group counseling sessions for students.

· Understand students' academic needs, career goals, and educational requirements.

· Explain the institute's courses, programs, perks, and admission process.

· Follow up with interested students and parents through calls and meetings.





· Generate leads through field visits and student/parent interactions.

· Convert qualified counseling leads into admissions.

· Maintain daily records of field visits, leads, counseling sessions, and admissions.

· Achieve assigned lead generation and admission targets.

· Coordinate with the internal admission/academic team.

⛽ Field Work Allowance

· The company will provide Petrol/Travel Allowance for eligible official field visits.

· Candidates should be comfortable travelling within Nagpur and nearby areas for school and tuition visits.
