Salary: ₹25,000-35,000

We are looking for a Field Operations Manager who will be responsible for managing the company's outdoor activities, vendor coordination, outdoor visits, facility requirements, maintenance coordination, and negotiations.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a good local network, and the ability to independently represent the company while dealing with vendors, property owners, service providers, contractors, and other external parties.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit and coordinate with multiple vendors, service providers, contractors, property owners, and local businesses on behalf of the company.
- Negotiate prices, terms, timelines, service quality, and agreements with vendors.
- Search and visit potential properties, offices, classrooms, accommodation, and other facilities as required by the company.
- Handle outdoor requirements related to maintenance, repairs, procurement, transportation, infrastructure, and facilities.
- Collect quotations from multiple vendors and compare price, quality, service, and delivery timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong network of reliable local vendors and service providers.
- Coordinate and follow up until the assigned work is completed satisfactorily.
- Represent the company professionally during all external meetings and negotiations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate the best possible commercial terms for the company.
- Handle urgent outdoor tasks and resolve field-level issues independently.




- Maintain records of vendors, quotations, negotiations, expenses, and completed work.
- Mandatory RequirementsMust know how to drive a Four-Wheeler.
- Must know how to ride a Two-Wheeler.
- Must own a Two-Wheeler and be willing to use it for official field work.
- Strong negotiation and bargaining skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong local network and ability to develop recent vendor relationships.
- Ability to deal confidently with vendors, contractors, property owners, and service providers.
- Willingness to travel frequently for outdoor work.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Field Operations, Vendor Management, Procurement, Facility Management, Real Estate, Sales, Administration, or Outdoor Coordination will be preferred.

Ideal Candidate

We need someone who is street-smart, confident, well-connected, and highly practical—a person who can go into the market on behalf of the company, find the right vendor or facility, negotiate strongly, compare options, and get the work completed without requiring constant supervision.

This is an outdoor, field-oriented role and is not a desk-only position.
