Client Relationship / Telecalling Executive

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Job Type: Full-time | Work from Office

Salary: ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Monthly Incentives: ₹10,000+ based on performance

Experience: 0–3 Years

About the Role

We are looking for confident, well-spoken and professional individuals to join our Client Relationship Team.

The role involves communicating with company-provided leads, understanding their basic requirements, following up with prospective clients and coordinating appointments with our field executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with leads provided by the company

• Communicate professionally with prospective clients

• Understand and record basic client requirements

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients

• Schedule and coordinate appointments with field executives

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and appointments

• Ensure timely coordination between clients and field executives





• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with prospective clients

Candidate Requirements

• Fluent in Hindi with basic to good English communication skills

• Valuable verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident and professional telephone manner

• Basic knowledge of finance and the stock market

• Interest in financial services and investment-related matters

• Good follow-up and coordination skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Freshers with good communication skills and basic financial knowledge are welcome to apply
