Job SummaryWe are looking for a Technical Executive to ensure the smooth technical operation of daily classes, digital boards, lecture recordings, and the learning app. The candidate should be hands-on, quick at troubleshooting, and capable of resolving technical issues during live classes with minimal disruption.

Key Responsibilities

1. Class Setup & Digital Board

- Set up classrooms and digital boards before scheduled classes.
- Connect and configure laptops, digital panels, projectors, microphones, cameras, and other classroom equipment.
- Ensure the digital board and teaching setup are working properly before every class.
- Provide technical support to faculty during classes.

2. Lecture Uploading & App Management

- Upload recorded lectures on the EdTech App as per the daily schedule.
- Ensure correct lecture naming, sequencing, categorization, and availability.
- Check uploaded lectures for audio/video quality and playback issues.
- Coordinate with the academic/content team for timely lecture uploads.

3. Live Class Troubleshooting

- Immediately troubleshoot technical glitches occurring during live classes.
- Resolve issues related to audio, video, digital boards, internet connectivity, display, recording,



and classroom devices.
- Identify recurring technical problems and take preventive measures.
- Escalate hardware or software issues that cannot be resolved immediately.
- Required Skills & ExperiencePrior experience in EdTech, coaching institutes, schools, or online education platforms preferred.
- Hands-on experience with digital board/classroom setup.
- Experience in uploading and managing lectures on an educational app/LMS.
- Good troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, audio/video, and connectivity issues.
- Basic knowledge of OBS, Windows, Android devices, digital panels, microphones, cameras, and internet/networking is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly during live classes.

Key Performance Expectations

- Classes should start on time without technical delays.
- Lectures should be uploaded accurately and within the assigned timeline.
- Technical issues during live classes should be resolved quickly.
- Classroom equipment should be checked and maintained proactively.
- Maintain a daily record of major technical issues and their resolution.

Ideal CandidateA hands-on technical person, not just a computer operator—someone who can independently set up a class, manage lecture uploads, identify the source of a technical problem, and fix it quickly when a class is running.
