Position: Accounts & Operations Executive

हम अपनी कंपनी के लिए एक responsible, organized और experienced Accounts & Operations Executive की तलाश कर रहे हैं, जो office के day-to-day accounts, billing, staff payments, documentation और overall operations को independently manage कर सके।

Key Responsibilities:

* Tally में Purchase, Sales, Receipt, Payment, Journal आदि की entries करना

* GST related accounting records और proper documentation maintain करना

* Customer invoices / bills / quotations तैयार करना

* Vendor bills और payment records maintain करना

* Staff salary, advance, reimbursement और payment records संभालना

* Monthly expenses और outstanding payments का record रखना

* Bank transactions और basic reconciliation maintain करना

* Company की सभी important files और documents को properly organize करना

* Purchase orders, work orders, invoices और other office documents maintain करना

* Customer एवं vendor payment follow-up करना





* Staff से daily work updates लेना और records maintain करना

* Office के day-to-day operational work को coordinate करना

* Excel में reports, payment sheets, expense sheets और other records तैयार करना

* Management को regular accounts एवं operations reports देना

* सभी physical और digital files को व्यवस्थित एवं updated रखना

Required Skills:

✅ Valuable knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime

✅ Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office

✅ Billing & Invoice Preparation

✅ Basic GST & Accounting Knowledge

✅ Staff Salary & Payment Management

✅ Documentation & File Management

✅ Good Communication & Coordination Skills

✅ Responsible, disciplined और organized working style

✅ Multiple office tasks independently handle करने की ability

Preferred Candidate:

ऐसा candidate चाहिए जो सिर्फ accounting entry तक limited न हो, बल्कि Accounts + Billing + Documentation + Staff Coordination + Office Operations सभी responsibilities संभाल सके।
