Position: Visa Counselor

Salary Package: ₹18,000 – ₹55,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday

Job Timing: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Type: Full-Time

- ? Job ResponsibilitiesCounsel clients regarding suitable visa and immigration options.
- Understand client requirements and assess their profiles.
- Explain visa eligibility, documentation, procedures and application requirements.
- Handle client queries through calls, WhatsApp and face-to-face meetings.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate with the visa filing/processing team for smooth application handling.
- Check documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain proper client records and follow-up details.
- Stay updated with relevant visa requirements and procedures.
- Work towards assigned counselling, sales and conversion targets.




- Build strong and qualified relationships with clients.

- ? Candidate RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and counselling skills.
- Basic knowledge of visa/immigration procedures preferred.
- Previous experience in visa counselling, immigration or sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills may also apply.
- Positive attitude, confidence and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
