We are looking for a CNC Operator with hands-on experience operating 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machines. The role involves machine setup, precision machining, quality inspection, and routine maintenance.

Responsibilities

- Set up and operate 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machines.
- Read engineering drawings and follow machining instructions.
- Set tools, workholding fixtures, and work offsets.
- Load CNC programs and make basic offset corrections.
- Inspect finished parts using vernier calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and maintain consistent quality.
- Follow safety procedures and keep machines and the workspace clean.

Requirements

- Previous experience operating 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machines.
- ITI, diploma, or equivalent practical experience in machining.
- Understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances, cutting tools, and machining parameters.
- Basic knowledge of G-code and M-code.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Preferred: Experience with CNC setup, program prove-out, and machining different materials.
