Job OverviewWe are seeking an energetic, driven, and goal-oriented Business Development Officer (BDO) with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new market opportunities, building solid client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives.

- Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, research, and connect with potential corporate/individual clients through cold calling, networking, digital outreach, and field visits.

- Client Acquisition & Pitching: Conduct product/service presentations, present proposals, address client inquiries, and close sales deals to meet target quotas.

- Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
- Market Research & Strategy: Monitor market trends, track competitor activities,



and gather feedback to refine business development strategies and sales pitches.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with marketing, operations, and academic/service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for clients.
- Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong B2B / B2C sales and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in lead conversion and meeting revenue targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
- Pitching, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset
- Educational Qualification & EligibilityEducation: Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, B.Tech) or MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Business Administration (Preferred).
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in Business Development.
