Zenngine is a premium motorcycle workshop and trackday specialist. Y ou will be the

coordination hub of the workshop: keeping customers informed, parts flowing and jobs

moving between customers, mechanics and vendors.

What you will do

Receive customers and bikes, open job cards, explain work and estimates, get

approval, and handle status updates and delivery

Identify and order the right parts, keep stock records accurate, and flag low stock

early

Coordinate with vendors: quotes, orders, follow-ups, returns and warranty claims

Work daily in Zennapp, Logapp and Chatwoot (our WhatsApp inbox), and keep records

updated the same day

Run the daily job board with the mechanics and tell the owner about delays and

blockers





Who we are looking for

Freshers welcome. We will train you on motorcycles and on our systems. Any

experience in service, parts, inventory or customer support is a plus

Real interest in motorcycles (riding is a bonus)

Explicit communication in English and Hindi.

Organised and careful with details; comfortable with a computer and basic Excel or

Google Sheets

T akes ownership, stays calm with customers, and is honest about delays

Details

Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month, based on experience.

Working hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.

Weekly off: Sunday.
