myQ Dosa is a 100% vegetarian South Indian food truck in Bhopal. We are looking for an experienced South Indian Cook to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare dosa, idli, vada tea coffee and other South Indian items
• Prepare sambar and different chutneys
• Maintain food quality, taste and hygiene
• Keep the cooking area clean and organized
• Follow proper food-safety practices
• Work efficiently during busy evening hours
Requirements:
• South Indian cooking experience preferred
• Experience in dosa, idli and vada tea coffee making
• Valuable hygiene and cleanliness
• Responsible, punctual and team-oriented
• Willing to work in an evening food-truck setup
