Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily outlet operations and staff.
- Manage customer service and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Handle billing, cash management and daily sales reports.
- Monitor stock, inventory and merchandise.
- Manage staff attendance, shifts and work allocation.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety and operational standards.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Support the team in achieving sales and operational targets.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail, entertainment, QSR or similar customer-facing operations.
- Valuable communication and team-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing, cash handling and inventory management.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
