Hiring | Commis 1 – Pan Asian & Pastry/Bakery
Location: Bangalore
We are looking for passionate Commis 1 candidates to join our kitchen team.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in a qualified kitchen.
- Experience in Pan Asian cuisine – Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Korean, Singaporean, or Vietnamese.
- For Pastry/Bakery: experience in basic pastry, bakery and dessert preparation.
- Good knowledge of mise en place, food hygiene and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good attitude, discipline and willingness to learn.
