We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our growing team. The role involves counselling prospective students, understanding their requirements, explaining our courses/programs, and converting qualified leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course details, benefits, fees, and enrollment process.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and academic teams when required.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi + English communication preferred.
- Sales/counselling experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with solid communication skills can also apply.
- Comfortable working with targets and follow-ups.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
