Job Description

Desi Farms is looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Executive – Outbound to build strong customer relationships, follow up with customers, and drive customer engagement through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

- Follow up with customers regarding products, services, and orders.

- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.

- Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into sales where applicable.

- Maintain accurate customer records and call reports.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.

Explain company products and services and convert leads into paid subscriptions.





Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, including order booking and query resolution.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, complaints, and follow-ups in the system.

Ensure timely follow-up and closure of customer requests within defined timelines.

Escalate unresolved issues or special requests to the concerned departments

Share customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance sales and customer experience.

Inform the Reporting Manager about recurring or critical issues affecting customers.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer relationship, outbound calling, telecalling, or sales.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Positive convincing and negotiation abilities.

- Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Female candidates only.
