**Job Title:** Sales & Marketing Executive

**Job Description:**

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing customer relationships, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Generate new leads through calls, field visits, social media, and other channels.

* Identify potential customers and understand their requirements.

* Promote and explain company products/services to customers.

* Handle customer queries and maintain strong client relationships.

* Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.

* Maintain customer and sales records.





* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order/service delivery.

* Prepare regular sales and marketing reports.

**Requirements:**

* 1–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing preferred.

* Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

* Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

**Salary:** ₹18,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
