Quality Inspection EngineerJob Responsibilities:

- Inspect parts and assemblies as per Dana India drawings, specifications, and quality standards within the required timeline.
- Perform dimensional and quality inspections using CMM, linear measuring instruments, gear measurement tools, surface finish instruments, profile projector, contour tracer, and gauges.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and balloon drawings and carry out inspections accordingly.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports for each batch/lot, including measurement results, deviations, and visual observations.
- Review inspection reports for accuracy and completeness and ensure compliance with Dana India reporting standards.
- Submit finalized reports to the designated Dana India Quality Representative.
- Maintain proper inspection records, documentation, and traceability.
