Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, friendly, and responsible individuals to join our QSR Food Service Counter Team at Movie Magic. The candidate will be responsible for taking customer orders, handling billing and payments, preparing and serving food & beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, courteous service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately at the counter.
- Operate the billing/POS system and handle cash, cards, and digital payments.
- Prepare and serve QSR food items and beverages as per standard procedures.
- Ensure correct portioning, presentation, and packaging of orders.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely order preparation.




- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and surrounding service area.
- Refill food, beverage, packaging, and other counter supplies when required.
- Check that all orders are complete before handing them to customers.
- Handle customer queries and complaints politely and escalate issues when required.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Monitor stock at the counter and inform the supervisor about shortages.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and stock arrangements.
- Maintain a skilled appearance and follow the company’s grooming standards.
- Work efficiently during busy movie/show timings and peak hours.
