- Check and manage all incoming Facebook & Instagram (Meta) leads
- Call and WhatsApp current customers promptly
- Understand customer requirements, including product, quantity and location
- Maintain and regularly update all lead details in Excel
- Qualify genuine enquiries before forwarding them
- Connect customers with the appropriate sales/team member
- Follow up on pending enquiries
- Keep proper records of lead status and customer responses
- Ensure no genuine lead is missed
- Prepare basic daily lead and follow-up reports
