Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller & Sales Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, handling customer calls, explaining company products/services, conducting regular follow-ups, and converting leads into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and manage leads through calls and other channels.
- Handle customer queries and explain company products/services professionally.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and calling targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business targets.




- Manage and guide the telecalling/sales team, where applicable.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and performance reports.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall company growth.

Requirements:

- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi and basic English communication.
- Sales/Telecalling/Business Development experience preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Target-oriented, disciplined, and professional attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.

Salary: Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives.
