Designation: Trainee Barista (TR Barista)
Department: Food & Beverage (F&B;)
Reporting To: Brew Master / Store Manager
Location: Etterra Coffee House
1. Roles and Responsibilities Assist in preparing coffee, other beverages according to company standards.
2. Learn coffee brewing techniques, espresso machine operations, and beverage recipes.
3. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee counter and equipment.
4. Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
5. Assist in taking customer orders and serving beverages.
6. Ensure proper handling and storage of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.
7. Support inventory management and report stock shortages to the senior team.
8. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
9. Maintain a skilled appearance and provide good customer service.
10. Attend training sessions and complete assigned assessments.
