- Handle and record incoming customer enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally for quotations.
- Prepare and send accurate quotations to customers.
- Regularly follow up with customers on quotations and pending enquiries.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups in the system.
- Coordinate with customers to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Receive and process Purchase Orders (POs) and update the system.
- Maintain good and qualified communication with customers.
