We are hiring a Store Incharge for Trooms (Kids).
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day store operations.
• Receive, check, count and arrange stock.
• Maintain inventory and stock records.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Conduct regular stock counting and inventory checks.
• Track damaged, missing and excess stock.
• Maintain proper store organization and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with the sales team and management.
• Prepare and maintain stock-related reports.
• Follow company SOPs and store procedures.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in Retail/Store Operations preferred.
• Experience in Kidswear, Fashion, Apparel or Retail is an advantage.
• Basic computer/MS Excel knowledge.
• Valuable communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, organized and detail-oriented.
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000
