About the RoleCredsure Services is looking for a motivated Telecaller / Sales Executive to promote housing loans, personal loans, business loans, and other loan products. The role involves contacting prospective customers, understanding their financial requirements, explaining suitable loan options, and following up to convert enquiries into applications.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to incoming loan enquiries.
- Understand customers’ loan requirements and explain suitable products, eligibility criteria, documentation, and the application process.
- Clearly communicate applicable interest rates, fees, and terms based on lender-approved information.
- Generate leads and follow up regularly with interested customers.
- Assist customers with loan applications and coordinate the collection of required documents.
- Work with internal teams and lending partners to track application progress and keep customers informed.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads,



follow-ups, and application status.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead conversion, and sales targets.
- Handle customer information confidentially and follow company policies.
- Provide courteous service without making misleading claims or guaranteeing loan approval.
- Qualifications and SkillsMinimum qualification: Class 12 pass; graduates preferred.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Solid persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work towards sales targets.
- Previous experience in telecalling, banking, financial services, or loan sales is preferred.
