Position: Store Manager - Service Centre Operations, Sales & Customer Relations

The Phone Mechanic is looking for an experienced Store Manager who can take ownership of our service centre operations, drive sales, and ensure a professional customer experience.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage overall day-to-day service centre operations.
- Handle walk-in customers and understand their repair requirements.
- Drive sales, upselling and cross-selling to increase billing value.
- Explain repair estimates, pricing and service options to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally.
- Coordinate with technicians for repair status, job priority and timely delivery.
- Monitor pending repair jobs, customer approvals and deliveries.
- Coordinate with the field executive for spare parts requirements and availability.
- Supervise customer billing, cash/UPI collections and daily closing.
- Follow up with customers for approvals, payments and device delivery.




- Maintain basic operational and sales records.
- Monitor customer experience and ensure service quality.
- Prepare and share daily sales & operations reports with management.
- Take ownership of achieving assigned monthly sales targets.
- Candidate Requirements3–5+ years of relevant experience in Store Management, Sales or Service Centre Operations.
- Strong sales, customer handling and complaint resolution skills.
- Experience in Mobile, Electronics, Automobile or Service Centre industry will be preferred.
- Positive understanding of billing, cash handling and basic Excel.
- Strong team coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to independently manage store operations.
