Business Development Manager – Architectural Products

RQ is a premium architectural materials and surfaces brand serving architects, interior designers, builders, developers and homeowners.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and business development through architects, designers, builders, developers and contractors.
- Generate leads, identify new projects, conduct client meetings and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong architect & designer networks and develop key accounts.
- Promote RQ’s products, finishes and customised solutions.
- Plan and support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, events and product showcases.
- Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, follow-ups, quotations and regular sales reports.
- Develop repeat business and monitor market trends and competition.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in Sales,



Marketing or Business Development.
- Experience in architectural products, building materials, interiors, construction, tiles, stones, furniture, landscaping, etc. preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and networking skills.
- Comfortable with B2B sales and field/client meetings.
- Target-oriented, proactive and able to independently manage sales pipelines.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Graduate in any discipline; Marketing/Sales/Architecture/Interior Design background is an advantage.
