Job Title: BPO Telecaller / Customer Support ExecutiveJob Description:
We are hiring energetic and motivated BPO Telecallers to join our team for ICICI Lombard process.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services.Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.Maintain customer records, call logs, and follow-up details in the database.Meet daily and monthly call targets and quality standards
Key Requirements:
Minimum Education: 12th Pass or above.
Experience: Freshers and experienced (6+ months in BPO/Telecalling preferred) can apply.
Skills: Valuable communication skills, basic English proficiency, active listening, and persuasive skills.
Languages: Telugu & Basic English languages preferred.
