HVAC & VRF TechnicianRole SummaryResponsible for the installation, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC and VRF systems across Urban Vault co-working centres.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle HVAC and VRF maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting.
- Attend breakdowns and resolve issues within the required TAT.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and routine equipment checks.
- Monitor AC performance, temperature and system efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors for major repairs and technical issues.
- Maintain basic maintenance records and report recurring issues.
- Follow safety procedures while carrying out maintenance work.
- RequirementsITI / Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in HVAC/VRF maintenance.
- Experience in commercial buildings, offices, hotels or co-working spaces preferred.
- Basic understanding of VRF systems, AC units, electrical controls and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to travel across Urban Vault centres as required.
