Polaries Global Ventures Private Limited is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, guiding and motivating the sales team, handling clients, generating and following up on leads, conducting property presentations and site visits, building robust client relationships, negotiating with customers, and coordinating with developers and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, leadership, negotiation and client handling skills, along with good knowledge of the real estate market. Previous experience in real estate sales or team management is preferred.
