*Qualification:Graduation / MBA HR
*Experience: 5 Years Plus (Real Estate / Construction Industry Mandatory)
*Salary: 6 LPA to 7.2 LPA Only
*Job Description:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for corporate and site positions
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination and HRMS
- Drive employee engagement, grievance handling and retention
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and compliance
- Manage statutory compliance - PF, ESI, PT, Labour Laws
- Handle performance appraisal, training and development
- Manage contractor / labour compliance and documentation
