CMM Inspection EngineerJob Responsibilities:
- Inspect parts and assemblies using CMM (Hexagon PC-DMIS) as per customer drawings and standards.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, GD&T;, and balloon drawings.
- Conduct dimensional inspection using CMM, contour measuring machine, profile projector, instruments, and gauges.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports with measurement results, deviations, and visual observations.
- Review inspection results for accuracy and ensure compliance with customer quality standards.
- Submit inspection reports and maintain proper inspection records and traceability.
