About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Marketing Executive / Manager to develop and expand our customer base in the e-waste recycling, EPR compliance and waste management sector.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with companies and institutions, promoting our recycling and EPR solutions, and generating new leads and revenue.

- Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the e-waste recycling and IT assets management sector.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
- Approach manufacturers, importers, producers, corporates, IT companies, electronics retailers, institutions and other potential clients.
- Promote the company's e-waste collection, recycling, refurbishment and EPR compliance services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and prepare suitable commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with the operations and compliance teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, proposals and contracts to achieve sales targets.
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences, industry events and business networking activities.
- Research competitors, market trends and potential customer segments.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, quotations, conversions and sales activities.
- Prepare regular marketing and sales reports for management.




- Explore partnerships with collection centres, manufacturers, institutions, recyclers and other relevant stakeholders.
- Support the company's digital marketing activities, including website, social media and online campaigns.
- Key Skills RequiredExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong B2B sales and marketing capabilities.
- Ability to generate and convert leads independently.
- Good knowledge of e-waste management, recycling and EPR is preferred.
- Positive networking and relationship-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and digital marketing tools will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Preferred Qualification Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Environmental Management, Commerce or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in waste management, recycling, EPR, environmental services or B2B sales is preferred.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of qualified leads generated.
- New clients acquired.
- Monthly/quarterly sales revenue.
- Lead-to-customer conversion rate.
- EPR/recycling contracts secured.
- Customer retention and repeat business.
- Number of corporate partnerships developed.
- Achievement of assigned sales and marketing targets.

Compensation Salary: ₹35000 to ₹45000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Incentives: Performance-based incentives/commission may be provided based on achievement of sales targets.
