We are looking for Asst. Recruitment Manager to design / Handle and oversee our company’s & Client hiring.

Recruitment managers will work closely with our recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes. To be successful in this role, recruitment managers should have a Recruitment background and experience screening and evaluating candidates. Candidates should also be knowledgeable about labor legislation. The ideal candidates are a team leader who is able to make effective decisions quickly.

Ultimately, recruiting managers will manage our recruitment to ensure we hire qualified employees to meet our company’s & client current and future needs.

Job Location: Ahmedabad - Jodhpur

Salary: 4.00 LPA to 6.00 LPA + Incentive

Responsibilities

· Update current and design new recruiting procedures of our client

· Responsible for END to END Recruitment





· Supervise the recruiting team & Their Quality and report on its Delivery of Quality

· Keep track of recruiting metrics & Quality of Delivery

· Implement new sourcing methods

· Review recruitment , Quality of Sourcing and suggest the best option for company needs

· Research and choose job advertising options

· Holding on Rejection & attrition Ratio

· Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques

· Recommend ways to improve our employer & Company brand

· Coordinate with Management to forecast future hiring needs / Improvement in Services /New Plan of Action / etc..

· Participate in job fairs and career events

· Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners

Requirements

· Proven work experience as a Recruiting , n IT & Non IT Domain

· Hands-on experience with Team Leading or Sr. Recruitment Executive

· Good holding Knowledge of Industries and hierarchy

· Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills

· Strong decision-making skills

· Any Graduate or MBA in Human Resources Management or Relevant

Other Details:

Working Days: 6 Days: Monday to Saturday
