Position: QS & Billing Engineer

Location: JK Cement, Jaisalmer, Rajasthan

Experience: 5+ Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Civil Engineering

Job Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Billing and Cost Control.
- Strong knowledge of Quantity Take-off, BOQ and Rate Analysis.
- Experience in preparation and verification of RA Bills, Client Bills and Subcontractor Bills.
- Knowledge of Measurement Book (MB), Material Reconciliation and Quantity Reconciliation.
- Experience in Variation, Extra Item and Deviation Statements.
- Valuable knowledge of Civil Construction Drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for drawing reading and quantity extraction.
- Knowledge of ERP systems for billing, BOQ, costing and project documentation.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and basic formulas.
- Ability to coordinate with Client, Consultant, Project Manager and Site Team.
- Good communication, documentation and analytical skills.
- Experience in Cement Plant / Industrial / Infrastructure Projects will be preferred.
- Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
