Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally/ERP systems
- Prepare and manage invoices, bills, vouchers, and purchase entries
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Petty cash accounting needs to be done. To verify and authorize the Daily Financial Transactions
- Communicate routinely with Site Engineers on a variety of job-related topics
- To be responsible for Preparing and Filing GST, TDS Returns and statutory compliances periodically and accurately.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain cash flow records
- Prepare project-wise expense statements and cost tracking
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, and government departments
- Maintain payroll records and employee reimbursements
- Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and management statements
- Ensure proper documentation for CPWD and Government project billing
- Maintain records related to contracts, work orders, and subcontractor payments
- Assist management in budgeting and financial planning




- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Work with outside accounting/financial firms on monthly close-out procedures
- Any other works assigned by the management.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in CPWD/Government project accounting
- Knowledge of e-invoicing and GST reconciliation
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Desired skills and experience:

- Candidate should have at least 4-5 years’ experience in similar role and be able to join immediately.
- Positive exposure of Construction Management.
- Working Knowledge of Return Filing for GST, TDS & other statutory matters.
- Candidate should have experienced knowledge of Tally and MS Office Tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required.
- Audit experience.
- B Com or M Com or ICWA Inter with 5-10 years experience in Finance and accounts
