- Key Responsibilities:Manage merchandising activities for sarees, lehengas, ethnic wear, and related products.
- Plan and coordinate product collections according to customer demand and market trends.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, designers, and internal teams for product development.
- Monitor product quality, pricing, stock availability, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain product records, inventory details, and merchandising reports.
- Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to plan suitable product selections.
- Assist in developing attractive product combinations and collections.
- Ensure proper product presentation and visual merchandising.
- Track market and ethnic fashion trends and suggest current products accordingly.




- Coordinate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and improve product assortment.
- ? Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in merchandising is mandatory.
- Experience in sarees, ethnic wear, fashion, apparel, or textile merchandising is preferred.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and product assortments.
- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic merchandising tools.
- Ability to manage multiple products and coordinate with different teams.

? Mobile phone usage is not allowed during office hours.

⏰ Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM

? 6 Days a Week | Weekly Off on Rotation
