Role OverviewWe are looking for an energetic Field Recruiter to handle bulk and volume hiring of Picker & Packer profiles for leading E-commerce clients across South India.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDrive bulk hiring for Picker & Packer roles across multiple locations.
- Source candidates through field recruitment, migrant networks, vendors, job fairs, NGOs, employment exchanges, WhatsApp groups and local references.
- Build and maintain strong migrant candidate networks.
- Conduct ground-level sourcing, screening, counselling and follow-ups.
- Coordinate interviews, documentation and joining formalities.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly joining targets.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.




- RequirementsPrior experience in blue-collar / bulk / volume recruitment.
- Strong exposure to field sourcing and migrant hiring.
- Positive local market knowledge and candidate network.
- Ability to work with high-volume hiring targets.
- Strong communication, follow-up and coordination skills.
- Candidates with experience hiring Picker, Packer, Loader or Warehouse workers will be preferred.
