Role OverviewWe are looking for energetic and result-driven Sales Executives to generate leads, conduct site visits, and close property deals. You will be the main point of contact between our clients and developers.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up on leads from calls, digital campaigns, walk-ins, and references
- Call prospective customers and understand their budget, location, and property needs
- Present suitable residential and commercial projects to clients
- Arrange and conduct site visits for clients
- Negotiate and close deals, and support clients through booking and documentation
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients until closure
- Build good relationships with builders, developers,



and clients for repeat and referral business
- Keep daily records of leads, follow-ups, and visits in the CRM/Excel
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- RequirementsEducation: 12th pass / Graduate in any stream
- Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English
- Confident, presentable, and target-oriented
- Basic knowledge of the Pune real estate market (Hinjewadi, Wakad, Tathawade, Punawale, Ravet) is an advantage
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred (for site visits)
- Basic computer and smartphone skills
- Prior experience in real estate, insurance, banking, or field sales is a plus
- Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹30,000 per month (fixed, based on experience) + attractive incentives
- High commission on every deal closed
