Job DescriptionSadhvi Healthcare is looking for an experienced International Pharma Export Executive to handle international calling, buyer communication and business development for our Pharmaceuticals & Nutraceuticals products.

The candidate should have 2–5 years of relevant experience in International Pharma/Nutraceutical/Healthcare Export, with strong English communication and international calling skills.

Key Responsibilities• Make international calls to overseas buyers, importers, distributors and pharmaceutical companies.

• Generate new international leads and develop business relationships.

• Understand buyer requirements and share suitable product details, quotations and offers.

• Regular follow-up with international clients through WhatsApp, Email and Phone Calls.

• Handle inquiries from foreign markets and convert enquiries into purchase orders.

• Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, artwork, documentation and order processing.

• Maintain proper records of international leads, enquiries, follow-ups and orders.





• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with overseas buyers/importers.

• Support the complete export sales process from enquiry to order confirmation.

Required Skills• Excellent spoken and written English communication.

• Strong international calling and client-handling skills.

• Experience in Pharma / Nutraceutical / Healthcare Export is preferred.

• Positive knowledge of international buyers, importers and distributors.

• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

• Good knowledge of Email, WhatsApp and MS Office/CRM.

• Target-oriented and business-development mindset.

Experience Required2–5 years of relevant experience in any Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, Healthcare or Medical Export company.

Candidates with experience in International Pharma Marketing / Export Sales / International Business Development / Overseas Client Handling are preferred.

ImportantThis position is specifically for candidates who have experience in International Calling + Pharma/Nutraceutical/Healthcare Export Business Development.

Freshers without relevant international calling/export experience are not preferred.
