About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead HR Operations, Employee Management and Talent Acquisition for our growing Real Estate Channel Partner organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead HR Operations, Employee Management & Talent Acquisition with support from the HR team.
- Oversee Sales & Corporate Hiring, onboarding and employee lifecycle.
- Manage probation, confirmation, performance reviews, salary revisions and exits.
- Handle employee grievances, discipline, engagement and retention.
- Guide and supervise the HR Recruiter & HR Intern.
- Maintain HR MIS, policies,



employee records and HR processes.
- Coordinate with Management & Accounts for payroll and employee-related matters.

Candidate Requirements

- 5+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Real Estate.
- Current/most recent Real Estate Channel Partner (CP) experience preferred.
- Candidates from Insurance / Hospitality & other industry may also be considered with relevant HR experience and strong career stability.
- Solid experience in Sales Hiring, HR Operations and employee handling.
- Excellent communication, decision-making and management coordination skills.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- Immediate / short-notice joiners preferred.
