Responsibilities

● Speak with prospective clients and explain our services clearly.

● Understand client requirements, answer enquiries and follow up to convert enquiries into orders.

● Communicate patiently and professionally over calls, WhatsApp and email.

● Prepare and share quotations with support from the technical team.

● Maintain client records and track enquiries, quotations and follow-ups.

● Coordinate with clients and our team regarding schedules, work progress and reports.

● Follow up on payments and maintain good relationships with existing clients.

Requirements

● Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.

● A polite, friendly manner with confidence in sales conversations.

● Good organisation, follow-up and basic computer skills.

● Ability to manage client communication and day-to-day coordination responsibly.

● Sales or client-handling experience preferred; motivated freshers may also apply.
