1. 3–6 years of relevant FMCG sales experience, including experience leading teams and expanding into new markets.
2. Experience in packaged foods, bakery products, snacks, confectionery, or related categories preferred.
3. Proven ability to build distributor networks and deliver sustained sales growth.
4. Strong understanding of general trade; experience with up-to-date trade and quick commerce is highly desirable.
5. Demonstrated experience hiring, developing, and managing sales teams.
6. Strong commercial understanding of pricing, margins, trade promotions, inventory, and receivables.
7. Excellent negotiation, relationship management, analytical, and communication skills.
8. Comfortable working in a growing, founder-led business with direct responsibility for execution.
9. Willingness to travel regularly.
10. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA in Sales or Marketing preferred.
